Tuition (USD) will be billed at the beginning of the month.

Cancellation Policy:

24 hour notice must be submitted via email to emily@villagecreative.net for any lessons that will be missed.

Missed lessons will be video recorded by the instructor during the scheduled time of the lesson, and emailed in to the student via our lessonmate software, which will allow the student to move forward with their assignments without interruption.

These missed lessons will not be refunded, as the virtual lesson will take the place of the regularly scheduled lesson, in the event of a cancellation. This will alleviate the stress and hassle of parents working around teachers already tight schedules, and will allow students to seamlessly move forward into their next assignments.

In the event that a teacher is unable to attend the lesson due to illness or other circumstances, the lesson will be taught either by a substitute teacher, or be credited towards the next months tuition if the lesson is missed because of a VC teacher cancellation.
